Our original formulas feature no
alcohols, silicones, chemical additives, animal
by-products, parabens, thinners, or thickeners.
What you get is high quality perfume oils
developed with the finest ingredients imported
from throughout the world.
Animal
Testing
We are strictly opposed to animal
testing and therefore none of our products
are tested on animals.
Payment
Options
We currently accept Visa, Mastercard,
Discover, and American Express. Please
note that if you pay by credit card you will
see our email address, sales(at)vmagique.com,
on your credit card billing statement. We
only accept major credit cards issued by U.S.
banks; we do NOT accept checks, money orders
or credit cards issued by non-U.S. banks,
or C.O.D. orders.
Declined
Orders
Our
goal is to provide our customers with a pleasant
and safe shopping experience. To prevent unauthorized
credit card use or fraudulent activity we
implemented a system that allows us to verify
exact billing information on all credit card
accounts. If we cannot verify your card information,
or your billing or shipping information is
not authorized on your credit card account,
we will not be able to process your payment.
For safety reasons orders will be declined
if the billing address and/or zip code does
not match the credit card billing statement.
In addition, all orders are subject to credit
card approval. If your payment has been declined
by your bank you will need to provide either
new credit card information or inform us of
an alternative form of payment.
Sales
Tax
A sales tax of 9% is added to all orders shipped
to Illinois addresses. Sales tax will not
be charged on shipments to recipients outside
of Illinois.
Product
Availability
Occasionally, as a result of heavy demand
a product may become temporarily unavailable.
We always try to post updated stock levels
on our web site. If a product you ordered
is backordered we will contact you via email
with a possible in stock date. We reserve
the right to change product pricing and availability
without notice.
Shipping
Methods
We are now shipping all domestic (48 states)
orders via FedEx Ground only. FedEx will not
ship to a P.O. Box address, therefore an actual
street address is required. We do not offer
FedEx Saturday delivery. All packages shipped
via FedEx include insurance and can be tracked
with the confirmation number provided in your
shipping confirmation email.
We
are only using USPS Priority Mail for Alaska,
Hawaii, U.S. Military Bases and all U.S. Possessions
which include Guam, Northern Mariana Islands,
Puerto Rico, and the Virgin Islands.
For
all orders being shipped to Canada we use
USPS International AirMail which can take
anywhere from 14 to 21 days for delivery.
Signature
Release Delivery Options
A FedEx delivery signature is required for
all orders totaling $150 or more.
International
Orders/Shipping
We currently ship only to the United States
and Canada. For remote areas of Alaska and
Hawaii, there may be extra shipping costs.
If so, we will email you for approval prior
to shipping. International orders are NOT
accepted at this time.
Free
Shipping
All U.S. orders subtotaling $100
or more (excluding sales tax) will
receive free ground shipping via FedEX Ground
Service or USPS Service depending upon the
shipping location.
Damaged
Shipments
We take great care in packaging our
products so they reach our customers safely.
It is very unusual for goods to be damaged
in shipment, but if it should happen, this
is what to do: If a package arrives damaged,
please email us immediately. Claims for damages
must be received by Dynamite Designs,LLC within
7 business days of receipt of merchandise
without exception, or be forever waived. We
will make arrangements for the carrier to
inspect the goods and then return them to
us, free of cost to yourself. Please do not
return damaged goods to us without contacting
us first or you will invalidate the insurance.
Keep all original packaging, including
cartons and contents, until the claim resolution
process is finished. It may be necessary to
make the packaging available to the carrier
for additional inspection. After
we receive damaged goods back here via the
carrier, we will ship a replacement - of the
same item - to you at no cost. Most cases
will typically be resolved in five to seven
days after we receive your claim and additional
claim documentation, unless additional time
for research time is needed.
Lost/Stolen
Shipments
If your package does not arrive please
contact us immediately so we can investigate.
Although we are not responsible for lost or
stolen packages we will work with the carrier
to resolve the problem.
Exchange and Return Policies
Your satisfaction is our priority. We want
to make sure you are 100% satisfied with all
products ordered. If you are not pleased with
your purchase, email us at sales(at)vmagique.com
with your order details and request a Pre-Authorization
Number. Once you are given a Pre-Authorization
Number simply return the product to us, preferably
insured, within 14 days of receipt of merchandise,
in its original packaging with the sales receipt
for an exchange or future store credit. Shipping
charges are not refundable. Products
must be returned for verification before replacement
is shipped. All products must be
returned in good condition otherwise an exchange
or store credit will not be issued. Returns
will NOT be accepted for exchange or store
credit without a Pre-Authorization Number.
Please note that all sales on samples and
custom blended perfumes are final; There are
no refunds or exchanges on these items.
